William E. Morrow - Chairman and CEO
Bill Morrow has over 20 years experience in business foundation and leadership experience. In 2006 he established CSIdentiy Corporation and serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. CSIdentity is the leader in Identity Theft Protection, Voice Biometrics, ID Verification, and Data Breach Management. Under Bill's stewardship CSIdentity provides cutting edge technology, products and services to Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, small businesses, and individual consumers. Under Bill's direction CSIdentity received a $35M equity investment to expand the company globally; this investment is the biggest private equity placement in an Austin startup in the software/services company since 2006.
From 1999 to 2005 Morrow founded and served as the Vice Chairman of the Board Director and CEO of Grande Communications.
Morrow is dedicated to technological innovation. In September of 2005 Morrow was appointed by the Governor of Texas, Rick Perry to serve on the Texas Emerging Technology Fund board. In August of 2007, Bill was reappointed to the committee and appointed to be Chairman of the $220M Emerging Technology Fund for the next two years.
Bill currently sits on the University of Texas San Antonio Development Board where he supports future generations and has served for over 8 years.
Morrow received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas San Antonio and was awarded the UTSA Alumni Association Alumnus of the Year award in 2002. He earned both the San Antonio Business Journal's "40 Under 40" award in 2001 and the 2002 Austin "Under 40" award for community service in the business and finance category. Morrow has been a finalist four times in the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award in Austin.

News, Forbes, the Austin and San Antonio Business Journals and others as an expert in identity theft protection and fraud management. Harold Gottschalk - Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer
Harold has more than 20 years of experience in the development of software products. His work ranges from individual contribution to software product management to large-scale organizational development of products. This work has made him a two time winner and two time finalist for the most innovative software product of the year, awarded by the UCSD CONNECT program.
During the last 10 years, Harold has successfully managed large software organizations and provided technical leadership creating successful software products and satisfied clients. Harold was a Director of the SelectResponse product at Aptex Software, Inc. an HNC Company. Harold was responsible for the development of the SelectResponse product; a product that assists organizations in the task of replying to customers e-mail by understanding the content of the e-mail message, routing it and replying to the message with a FAQ. Director of Software Development for HNC Software, Inc. from 1990 to 1997 he was responsible for the software development of many key products, the most significant of which was the Falcon Credit Card Fraud Detection System. He was also responsible for managing the software development organization of HNC Software's Payment Systems Division, which comprised of 30-plus software engineers, lead engineers and software managers.
Harold received two other UCSD Connect Innovative Software Product Awards in 1993 and 1992, and won the Database Mining Workstation in 1991. Harold worked for several defense companies during the 1980s on strategic defense systems that are used today to defend the United States and other parts of the world. Harold graduated magna cum laude from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Joe has more than 15 years experience in managing and directing operations on a national scale. He most recently served as president of Grande Communications. Joe came on board with Grande as one of the original founders in September 1999. Under Joe's leadership, the company grew during a five-year period to more than 900 employees and approximately $190 million in revenue achieving EBITDA positive in its second year of operations.
Among his many responsibilities as president, Joe oversaw Grande's network engineering and operations, construction, retail sales and marketing, as well as Grande's information system operations. This included managing a nationwide voice network that handled more than 200 million minutes a month of voice traffic and a nationwide data network that handled more than 800 Mbps a month. Joe also oversaw Grande's retail billing system that billed more than 135,000 retail customers a month as well as three call centers, one technical support center and a 24/7 Network Operations Center. In addition Joe was responsible for Grande's retail sales and marketing efforts. This included telemarketing, e-blasts, door-to-door sales teams, on-line sales, direct mail and mass media. During his tenure at Grande, Joe also played a key role in the negotiations and integrations of five key acquisitions for Grande.
Prior to Grande, Joe was the former director of operations of J.R.'s Cable Services, Inc., a nationwide company with offices in Austin, Texas, Las Vegas, Washington, D.C. and Houston. While at J.R.'s Cable Services, Ross successfully bid, managed and executed the installation of 7,000 miles of new network build and 18,000 miles of network upgrade for the company. Joe has also worked with leading communications companies, including Level 3 Communications, RCN Communications, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Espire and Cox Cable.
A 20-year Austin native, Ross's extensive volunteer efforts in the community include Coats-for-Kids, Operation Blue Santa and Computers for Learning. He is also a member of the Young Men's Business League. Joe has been a finalist for two years in the Austin Under 40 Awards, which recognizes outstanding business and community achievements.
Mike Bruemmer has more than 25 years experience in sales and operations roles in major corporations. He was most recently the GM and VP for Lenovo's Channel and Small and Medium Business Group for the Americas($2.7B). Previously, he spent eight years at Dell, Inc. leading the Federal Civilian, State and Local Government and Public Transactional Group Sales groups.
Bruemmer also spent 14 years with PepsiCo in sales and operations leadership roles. During that time he led national sales organizations for convenience stores and helped start international bottling companies in Slovakia, Ukraine, Norway and Finland. Prior to PepsiCo, Bruemmer held national account sales and operations roles at Oscar Mayer, owned by Kraft Foods.
Bruemmer received his B.A. in Labor Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
Isaac Chapa - VP Technology and Operations
Isaac has a vast knowledge of billing systems, end-user applications, IT project management, vendor relationships and network and daily operations. His responsibilities at CSIdentity include the development and management of consumer and government product interface including billing and reporting systems, overseeing daily customer operations and technical relationship management of CSIdentity's government sector.
Prior to joining CSIdentity, Isaac spent five years at Grande Communications in various roles. During his first three years at Grande, Isaac was part of the technical support center that grew from five agents into more than 80 agents. During this time, the technical support center was responsible for various daily activities and support of Grande's billing systems, telephony switches, CATV and cable modem networks. Isaac held the positions of technical support supervisor as well as an interim senior manager of technical support.
During the latter part of his tenure at Grande, he served as Sr. Access Network Engineer. In this role, Isaac oversaw the evaluation, deployment and maintenance of all of Grande's Fiber-To-The-Home, Fiber-To-The-Curb and Hybrid Fiber-Coax networks and provided secondary support for its extensive SONET network. This role included relationship management with some of the industry's leading vendors, and as team collaboration of all Grande's network, back-office and operations departments.
Isaac received his Bachelor in Computer Science from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) in San Marcos, Texas. Isaac also holds a Master's of Science in Computer Information Systems from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.

James Mansour James M. Mansour, Chairman James Michael Mansour was born in Greenville, Mississippi on June 10, 1959. He graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1977 and received a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, in Accounting from Millsaps College in 1981. Mr. Mansour became a Certified Public Accountant in 1982 and received the Richard G. Bell Merit Scholarship Award to Tulane University. He graduated from the Tulane University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree in June 1984. Mr. Mansour started National Telecommunications of Austin in July 1984 and built the company into one of the largest regional long-distance carriers in the country. In March 1991 he sold the company to LDDS WorldCom, Inc., the 4th largest long-distance carrier in the United States. At that point, he co-founded a second telecommunications company, National Telecommunications of Florida, which grew to become the 17th largest long distance company in the United States. NTF was purchased by Intermedia Communications, Inc. in 1998. Mansour also serves as a director for the board of ATX Technologies Inc., which provides telematics services for mobile applications including location-based information services. Additionally, Mr. Mansour serves on the Board (and Founding Chairman) of CEO America, a non-profit organization providing education scholarships for low-income children in grades K-8. He is an active member of the Bible Study Fellowship and is a member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church. He enjoys golfing, basketball and softball.
Bob McFarland recently finished a stint in Washington, D.C. as the CIO for the Department of Veterans Affairs where he ran the largest IT budget outside of the Pentagon. As the Assistant Secretary for Information and Technology, Bob was responsible for overseeing operation of VA's computer systems and telecommunication networks for medical information, veterans' benefits payments, life insurance programs and financial management systems.
Prior to his service in Washington, Bob was Vice President of government relations for Dell Computer Corporation. Bob took that post after having served a number of years at Dell as Vice President and General Manager of Dell's Government Business Segment. Bob also held several executive positions at Dell, including managing the company's global segment as well as the Large Corporate Accounts division.
Before coming to Dell, Bob's information technology career included executive experience with several domestic and international enterprises. He served as Senior Vice President for the Cerplex Group, Inc., of Southern California, a provider of outsourcing for electronics repair and distribution, and Vice President of the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions of AST Research, Inc. An Army veteran, Bob McFarland served in the Vietnam War and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University.
Alex Guria - InvestCorp Technology Partners
Alex Guira is Co-Head of Investcorp Technology Partners. He has more than 20 years of experience in private equity investing and is a founding member of the group. Alex currently serves on the board of CSIdentity, Dialogic, FleetMatics, Vaultus and Zeta Interactive. Previous boards include 4th Pass, ObjectStar, Softek, Taqua and Wells-CTI. Prior to joining Investcorp, Alex was a Managing Director at Fairlawn Advisors, a Principal at Scoggin Capital, a New York-based hedge fund, and an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisition Department of Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics and Organizational Business and Management from Brown University.
Dr. Dirk Schmücking - InvestCorp Technology Partners
Dirk Schmücking re-joined Investcorp Technology Partners in 2007. Previously, he was a Principal at General Atlantic, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. Dirk had originally joined Investcorp in 2001 and before that he was a program manager for high-speed communication ICs at Infineon Technologies. He currently sits on the boards of Atrenta and CSIdentity.
Dirk holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Dr.-Ing. (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from Technical University Munich
